This piano driven singer songwriter from Nashville brings an honesty and vulnerability that sucks you into his world. Davis is truly a story teller at heart, drawing you into his songs with autobiographical tales of longing, struggle, and love. This guy knows his craft. Too often in the singer songwriter world the song is just a cheap vehicle to spread narcissistic issues to the rest of the world. In other words, it costs less than laying on a couch and talking to an actual professional. Andy doesn’t fall into that trap. With Andy it’s about the song. The melody, music, arrangement, and lyrics work together to create a beautifully symbiotic whole. Check out “Believable Doubt” and “Let the Woman” and hear a craftsman at his best.
